Lutheran Preschool
Immanuel Lutheran preschool provides a Christ-centered environment. The
staff is dedicated to teaching children about the love of Jesus and the love we
can show to one another. Jesus said in His words, "Let the little children
come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as
these (Matthew 19:14). This Bible passage is what the staff at Immanuel keep in
our hearts as we work with the children at our preschool. We teach the
academic (letters, numbers, shapes, colors, etc.) in addition to social
skills, motor skills and it is all accomplished through God's blessings to
us. The children have the opportunity to tell about God's love through
various activities. These activities include visiting local nursing homes,
singing at Thespian Hall before Zion Lone Elm's spring musical and singing for
the Immanuel church family.
The preschool offers two opportunities to attend. The three-year-old class
meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The kindergarten readiness class meets on
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
